Hi Dave, the Auckland Ferro-cement Ass'n ceased some years ago. There is however still the 'Hartley Ferroboat Owners Ass'n', which used to meet at Westhaven but now meets in Ponsonby. Unfortunately because of new government liability legislation introduced, the Ass'n can no longer offer the services it was originally formed for, and is now just a social get-together organising the odd cruise, race or BBQ.
