Samson, Sampson, Simpson ???

Thanks Colin for all of the above answers. I'm Betsy's Significant Other. We are trying to find information about the Samson ketch we recently bought. Is there some way of figuring out the model or name of the design? It's 50' long with 13' beam. The stearn comes to a point (as opposed to a square transom). It has a center cockpit where the hull is mostly open (wood floor). Anything about DeltaT, the yard this boat was made at, would be usefull also. I'd be very interested in finding some "study" plans. Thanks again,

Hi Justin, she doesn't sound like one of the stock plans. I suspect she is probably a stretched 'C-Shanty', with that 13ft beam. Regards
