30/...Survey for a 50ft Samson ketch.

I'm very close to making an offer on a nice looking Sampson 50' ketch but don't know much about FC boats. I could really use a good architect/surveyor in California to help me determine if the boat is as sound as she looks. Hi Charles, sorry but I only know of one surveyor that I could recommend as knowledgable enough on the subject in the USA, and he is not in California he is in Boston.
